When you first log in if you look to the right side of the screen. You will see in your profile total hits(view). Click on view and you can see where the note has been.. In your case the note was entered by the mayor in regina about 1 year ago.. Also you should get an email saying you produced a hit.. If you click on the link you can see where the note came from.. Also when you entered it , it should have told you that the note you entered produced a hit. You can also click on HIT and see where the note has come from...
