If you entered it you must have entered it annonomously. as your profile shows no entered notes..If you still have it and it is marked log in and add the note. Once you enter it click on add new note. once you do this it will say it has been entered and if it was marked you it should say it produced a hit...Cliock on that and you will see who previously entered it, where, and when.
