Betcha I can guess the name of the bank, as I’ve been subject to the same ‘bad’ attitude in the past (I know longer deal with them at all as I withdrew ALL funds and transferred ALL savings & investments to a different banking institution.
1 person can have a very predominant ending!
While I may be only 1 person, the bank that I was with for many many years could care less about my leaving, again, as I was only 1 customer. Didn't matter to them how long I was a customer.
Seems customer service has greatly fallen at the “ unnamed” bank.
Good on you BC, for standing up. Just too bad that you couldn't speak with the manager
