Intrested newbie

I just got a promotion "Intrested Newbie"

Congatulations from Quesnel BC!
If you enter lots of bills, you will probably get a promotion once a week for a while.
Thats what happened with me anyway, untill you get to user, then its every 4 weeks.
Of course this depends on your amount of particapation on this site.
