Even though I think I have a shot at it, I will go with logic and say Storm will get it. After all 2003 gets there a couple of hours before those of us out West!

Someone will have to set the rules then. Because if you logon on EST, you get your current time, even though MST is 2 hours behind you. What I mean is that an Ontario user enters a bill at 01:00 January first, that's the way it is recorded. Even though it's only 23:00 MST, Dec. 31 on the log.

lets do it on B.C. time so we can have all the provinces clocked in at least 12:00 and then the games will begin

wes_bos has the right idea, but how about using the noon update jan 01 as the start point. Or does the midnight update roll across the country by time zone??
