Is Lord_Comedy's prediction right?

On Nov 12 you posted that the hits were going to be low for this month. I think you jinxed us……We will be lucky to hit 2100….What happened????? Is everyone saving their money for December Xmas shopping or what?

I didn't like posting that post, but I was hoping to light some fires under peoples asses to get going…
unfortunately we are 2 months in a row with a drop in hits

There are a couple of reasons for the drop in hits. The first is that that the summer hit count is inflated as the total includes hits that were ultimately sent to hit heaven (that problem is fixed for the next version). The second reason for the drop this month I think is due to site hiccups that we ran into while I was gone; every time the site is down for a bit we risk missing hits.
