Back from vacation!
Spent a week in the Baltimore/Washington area. Did all the tourist stuff while the wife was in seminars.
First stop in Washington… the Bureau of Engraving and Printing! Fun to watch people actually MAKING money! Pallets and pallets of bills stacked in the warehouse. Pallet of one dollar bills is $5 million… too bad they don't go missing. And only 5% of the money is 'new', the rest is replacement of worn out bills.
Flew back on 9/11 (that's 11/9 for Canadians!). US aiports are quiet, but T.O. was busy. Go figure!
Welcome back Pooga. Glad to hear you had a good trip: )
Welcome back. Did you do any tracking of American bills while down there?
that's 11/9 for Canadians
I only use that form of the date in the Army and only when writing out the month as such, 11-SEP-03.
Computer geeks usually handle dates as yyyy-mm-dd, with the most significant digit first… makes for easy sorting. :)

- Sorry, just wasting another space on the message board -
