computor problems please help

my computor is not operating properly it takes 30 seconds to enter a bill. A guy told me I would have to reinstall windows me. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Do you have a Windows OS disk?? if so, this is very easy.. If not, I think you will have to buy one

i was having lots of problems entering some of my bills early this morning also (like at 3:30 in the morning) It kept telling me there was an error on the page. I even somehow got the same bill entered twice. Emailed dr to fix it up. This morning i finished entering my limit but was still getting that error on page message.??????any ideas?

dont think its your puter causing you problems.. my guess is that dr was playing/uploading some stuff, therefore alot were experiencing the error pages… I was also… but after a few tries it was fine.

Its probably the website. I entered 2 bills today without any problems.

The problem is 1) a lack of Databse connections being available (error page) 2) the new PC databse has over 770,000 records a far cry from the 21,000 in the old DB so things are slower validating.
