I entered a bill tonight that had a bank stamp on it - from Caisse Populaire in Quebec. I guess it is a backhand way of knowing that particular bill had travelled a bit already!

ANGLOFROG

Umm, maybe in New Brunswick or Manitoba or even Ottawa where there are other bilingual services. Could even be just here, there are a lot of parallel services here in Quebec only that are completely redundant, for example they even have their own blood bank.

ANGLOFROG

I think they'd rather die instead, they probably figure not enough anglos smoke so they'd rather have their own. The beauracracy is so top heavy here that it is set up to serve a population of 50 million people. The reality is, there are only 7 million people in Quebec.

Believe me, Quebec is not a have-not province.
