I am doing an informal survey of how widespread the use of the "Dick and Jane" readers were in Canadian schools. If you used these readers in elementary school, would you respond with the name of the community or province where you went to elementary school, and the decade 40s - 50s - 60s - 70s. I am doing a presentation on school textbooks and am looking for anecdotal material.
Thanks to anyone who can help me out.
