It was a success by the way, but something funny happened on the way. I purchased a beer on the plane and paid for it with a $5. Near the end of the flight, the flight attendant (yes just one, they booked us on a prop job) recognized it was my bill and asked if I had tracked it. I informed her I was the one who was interested in seeing where it was going, and she told me someone else on the flight had rejected it as change. LOL…obviously yet another person who must have thought it was a fake. She told me she would save it for change for one of her flights for the next day. Anyway, I thought that was pretty amusing…good to be back home andcontributing to the site again.

I still have good luck with my method: if someone refuses my bill, I just thank 'em and put it in my pocket, pick up my stuff and go. Once they understand it's strictly a 'take-it-or-leave-it' proposition, they change their mind.
A guy in my store the other day handed a marked bill back and asked for a different one- it was cool, because the entire drawer was marked- he kept on getting marked bills- finally gave up and left.
LOL Yep thats the best way to get buisness ppls attention just say FINE im taking my money elsewhere! Great story Idjit -bet that guy wasnt too happy ..haha ohhhhh wellll..lol Its so crazy why ppl are so intimidated or distrustful of the marked bills.
lol woulda been funny watchin him hand em all back idjit… your bill u got a hit on from natalie… people were handing around not knowing what to do with it so she grabbed it and said she'd enter it… love when u can laugh at people scared of money… :)
The bank teller the other day was scared of my money :D I gave her 4 twenties for some fives, cause I like new bills. When she got the money she had a confused look on her face. She asked if I did the tracking, "Yes" I say, than she went to ask the manager if they were acceptable to be taken in.
I overheard the manager saying they were all right and that she had seen 3 or 4 before. Than the teller all of a sudden thought it was an interesting thing to do.
lol cool MmmBeer… I love explaining it at the bank now… kinda can't wait until end of the month when its time to do more banking… :) … maybe next time she'll give youu one or 2 already stamped…
