My son and I want to start doing some goldsmithing to help him out with his Silver Duke Of Edinburgh Award.Iwas just wondering if we had any jewellers here or someone who knows a bit about goldsmithing.

What's the 'Silver Duke….' represent?

The silver "Duke Of Edinburgh Award" is an award that youths can get thru Air Cadets or other service groups that help to develop them in 4 areas(sports,expedition,service hours, and a skill or hobby). The award has 3 levels-bronze,silver and gold which are done when the youth turns a certain age.My son got his bronze last February and is now working on his silver.
