So… we were at the Co-op on Fairlight the other day… we bought a car wash… saw a big bearded guy with "Ben" written on his shirt… was that the infamous Idjit?

You're quite the detective. Waddya mean infamous?
I've been to Petland several times spending marked bills hoping someone will notice and ask, but no luck. I guess I'll have to wait until the next 'gathering' to meet some of the newer folks that we haven't seen at past get-togethers. I am working on setting up a coffee or something, really, it's just that I have been very busy and my schedule revolves around unpredictable deadlines (construction sub-trades). Hopefully within the next two weeks…
I've been to Petland several times too, with no comments about marked bills. I also had a cat in the cat show there on 13 July. (Won a 7th out of about 25 cats!)
I"ve been there a couple of times myself. They must be getting a lot of marked bills.
Well see… I don't work there anymore… not since July 7th. I'm all unemployed and parasitic again.
Besides, when I worked there, I was a kennel tech, so I never saw a till. Never worked with money.
I do miss the animals, and some of the people I met there, but I guess a person has to do what she has to do… It was either quit or go postal. shrug
cheezie: If you don't mind a bit of physical labour, you could try the brewery. Might be a bit tough right now, but by late August, the university crowd will be going back to school, and there should be a few openings.
I know another person who worked at petland for about two months a year ago. He said that management sucked, and there was a lot of 'backstabbing'. Anything like that to you cheezie?
FYI-speaking of "postal"; I heard on the radio today Websters added the word "postal" to the dictionary this year along with a couple of other words I can't remember.
