1991 Issue $20 bill with serial number ***2661669
Middle 5 numbers are same backwards and forwards but….do the last 2 outside numbers still need to be the same backwards & forwards?
I'll hold on stamping it till I get more info.

To be a RADAR bill, all of the numbers must be same forwards as backwards. So, 2661669 would not be but 2661662 would be.

And when a radar note is entered, the system will give you a message that it is a radar note right after the "SUCCESS: Your bill has been saved to the database" statement.
