Olympic Coins

I recently was given a couple of coins from the Montreal Olympics in 1976. They are both issued in 1973. 1 has a $10.00 face value and depicts the city skyline with a cargo ship in front and the other has a $ 5.00 face value with 3 sailboats and a church on the front. Both show the Queen on the reverse with the words ELIZABETH 11 CANADA 1973 and a Maple Leaf in between. Both are in near mint shape.

Any thoughts as to the value of them?

I'm not sure about trends but the Charlton 2002 guide records the $5 coin at $6.50 and the $10 coin at $13.00.
The skyline is of Montreal, the sailboats are at Kingston.
