what is this?

use the fsa when displaying my locations

what does this mean ?

Well, if you put 'fsa' in that search box in the upper right corner, you'll get a few results.

The best one is probably this one.

Or, if you click on the little [?] link beside that option, there is detailed help on the whole thing. FSA stands for forward sortation area and is the first three characters of your postal code, which represents a given area within the postal delivery system. My FSA is T2T which is centered around the south-western beltline area of Calgary.

Check the help link for complete details but basically you can check that option if you are concerned about revealing too much about where your notes are being entered.
