MY CALANDER SAYS SPRING IS HERE AS OF MARCH 20 ? WHERE?
Me thinks that someone forgot to tell "Spring" that it was supposed to arrive….
i remember having to explain this to my 5-year-old.
spring is defined astrometrically. the temperatures for saskatoon have been almost exclusively higher than the 30 year normal period for the past few days and the forecast is again for slightly higher than normal. patience, my good man!
It'll be coming indeed! Whenever this question arises I always think of my parents telling me there were TWO blizzards in the days after I was born (March 20). I hope I haven't jinxed the province now, LOL.
Spring is in Georgia right about now. The peach blossoms are out and the oranges are ready to pick in Florida. So spring should be here in a couple of months, I hope.
Bring on the blizzards!!!
I know the snow will melt fast enuff after!!
Besides ..
Eating a Blizzard in a blizzard is the best time to eat a blizzard!!
Think about it.. have you ever gotten brain freeze from eating ice cream too fast in the winter??
I think NOT!!
Geez! Thanks for that warning… 8-)
Well, the gophers are out!!My son shot 8 in the yard yesterday! (As they were running over our 10 foot snow drifts!)
well BANKCOLLECTOR we in Moose Jaw are looking forward to great weather for the rest of the week. But sad to say Spring is not here yet. Gosh we had snow in May last year so i am sure the winter storms are not over….. :-(
Patience BANKCOLLECTOR warmer temp are sure to come along soon after the March/April storms so enjoy some howlinin winds soon followed by the snow that will melt soon after:)
