Hey Blair! Welcome to the site. The first thing you need to know is that I cannot reply to anon. e-mail. If you want to e-mail me at my regular address, feel free. If you would like me to reply to you privately, please check your anon. e-mail in your profile, or send me regular e-mail.
The best way to see how this site works is to hang around, mark and enter bills, and ask questions. We're all pretty freindly around here.
Again, Welcome!
