Finally! My first hit happened today - just over 3 weeks and 36 bills after I started entering them. Yay! I am pretty sure that this is the bill that I used for coffee this morning, meaning it was entered about 1.5 hours after I spent it. I am also pleased to now be on the "top 15" list! ;) Hope the hits start rolling now!
36 bills! Pretty lucky. I think SARGE and SAUCY had close to a thousand entered before they had a hit.
But I am beginning to think that the smaller the city you live in, the better odds for a hit.
does any one else here live in Edmonton? Perhaps a weekend trip to circulate bills in Saskatoon will increase my hit rate.
An e-mail about the site to all your friends in Edmonton and across the country will be an even bigger help. Though Pooga and I have about 5,000 entered between us, I've crossed paths with his bills (legitimately) only twice, and for reasons of circumstances I couldn't help, I wasn't able to enter them! I don't think he has come across one of mine yet.
