6 days to deteriorate

this bill went from vf condition to poor in 6 days! And I was thinking that I judge bills a bit harshly so someone must have really not liked this one! Or maybe something nasty happened to it. this bill

I guess it is the judgement thingy. The person entering the bill did not look at this site for what the conditions of bills mean. At first I thought too, that the bills are in worth condition then they really are.

That seems pretty likely. I know when I first started entering bills I didn't look at the chart and used my own judgment (oops!), lol.

I think many of us use our own judgement instead of going strictly by the site definitions. It is interesting that a newbie took the time to read all the information.
