what kind of place is that?? how do you get a license without a name?no name?

There really is a bar called "The Bar With No Name". It is an upscale martini bar that has no signage outside its doors. You have to be in-the-know (or have the address) to find it, even though it's in plain sight. A Cosmopolitan costs $9, according to an on-line review.
