I've noticed lately that almost every day I see someone else's bill. Last night I saw two bills that came out of the same bundle/100, from two different users. I have noticed that the last 10 bundles of fives we have used at the store has had an average of 1 marked bill/bundle. Since they come out of bundles from the bank, and are not 'delivered' by customers, I wonder if we have reached a 1:100 ratio of marked bills in Saskatchewan? Kinda boggles the mind if it were true.
