CMT score

How exactly do you figure out the CMT score? I know it's based on # bills entered, # hits, etc., but how much weight do you give to each criteria?

Also, another question… How do you get a negative CMT score?

If someone has a negative score that means that they haven't entered a bill for 90 days (or more)… the greater the negative score, the more days since their last entry. The next version (1.5.0) will only display people with positive scores.
