my first hit ????

I just got an e-mail that I got a hit from redmax1 on Thu.6.june 2002-0600
I was wondering why, when I logged on it still showed 0 hits?
If I got a hit how long does it take to show on my profile?
I'm still THRILLED to get my first hit…..

We also get emails when we hit someone elses bill. That's what you did.

I did that (changed the code to send an email to the hitter) because I got feedback that sometimes users didn't realize that there had been a hit (ie. they didn't read the results message at the top of the page). Just so you know. :)

It was a little confusing because it looks like the same message that the hittee gets. Maybe it needs a different message/look for the hitter?

I agree.. The hitter should get a message that says something to the effect "The bill you entered was entered by another user previously. Check the link to see who and where."
