Orphaned 20...

I got a twenty in the till tonight that was stamped, either with Pooga or Sarge's stamp, but when I entered it, nothing! What a dissapointment!

Stamped front and back? I guess we all make mistakes. You try to get the serial numbers right, but the odds are that we will all transpose a number once or twice. Seen one anonymous bill that's had it's third hit already!

There are other disappointments too. I had <a href=http://www.cdn-money.com/cdnmoney/servlet/cmtViewBill?ID=234204 target=_new>this bill hit</a> in Ontario on the 13th, but I KNOW that I spent that bill at Metrotown, Burnaby, B.C. on the 4th. Now if it been entered in BC, it really would have had some speed!

Ive had a couple of thoes…I get my dads money, stamp it, record the serial number, and then give it back to him. Then i go to enter it and i forgot to get one number so when i go back hes alredy spent it. Oh well!

I had one the other day. inkjet printed across the back, but no hit on it either. didn't recognize the marking. what a serious letdown :(

Hey Idjit, do you recall if the ink was absolutely black, or did it have a slight tint of red/purple to it? If it was the latter, it was definitely mine!

Straight black, Sarge. I thought I got one of yours last night, but when I checked, it was Pooga's. The stamp was black with a red outline around each letter.

Yeah, I was going to change, it didn't look good, so I went back to black.

Except the back stamp is different and is red as well, since about mid-August. dr should have a scan of it one of these days.

Was I supposed to scan that bill you traded me, Pooga? Oops, I didn't realize that if that's the case. It's long since spent. :( Of course, on a good note (pun intended) that bill did get hit this weekend.
