I got 2 hits today on the same bill only 11 min apart, same location - only one time by anonymous and the other time by raytoews. I was looking for the link to enter, but couldn't find the webaddress in my browser? So I just copied it. I don't feel right about that second hit since I feel that it is from the same person. Shouldn't it be deleted?
