Red Rider

Ya it exists. Its on the banks of the Churchill RIver by the NWT border.

Betcha that's a tourist hot spot.

U-TURN

It's actually about 250 miles south of the NWT border… only about a 4-hour drive NW of Prince Albert. It is beautiful country up there…

Crazy Dwarf

I used to work even farther north, up in a place called Stony Rapids. It was a great town about a 2 hour drive on the ice south east of Uranium City.

U-TURN

Please tell me you experienced the Athabasca sand dunes… I am dieing to get up there to see them one day…

Crazy Dwarf

yes and no…… I saw them flying in in the late fall and flying out in the early spring. I've seen them but never got to do anything with all the snow and ice. But if you ever get the chance to get up there what a beautiful site.
