Bill Condition

I noticed that on the hits that have bill condition recorded, the condition actually IMPROVES in some cases.

We obviously all have different values when it comes to 'good', 'fair' or 'fine'!!!!

Yeah I've had that problem a lot. I think because people may not read the actual definitions and 'fine' sounds not as good as 'good', and other such problems. But I like the idea of using the official descriptions for bill conditions so we have to live with this I guess.
