Fine $20.00 Radar

I have a $20.00 fine radar xxx7949497 if anyone is collecting. The front is in better shape than the back. Someone wrote in blue ink 22 on the forehead??? The back center crease is worn compared to not worn on the front. A little edge roughness and still fairly crisp. Would anyone know the value on this if this is more than fv?

Being in used condition, my radar bill is probably not collectable so I will soon mark it and put it back into circulation.
