high serial #

Does a high serial # have any extra value or interest to collectors? I found a note ***9999009. It is in very fine - fine condition. Or is this not high enough to qualify as a "high note"

high numbered notes are not especially collectable – unless it was ***9999999. collectors are more interested in low numbers (less than 1000). yours is interesting… but not collectable (unless you want to save it for a bs poker game! 5 9s is hard to beat!)
