Hiya , I just got my first bill tonight and I am trying to add the serial number but it keeps telling me I have entered an invalid serial number prefix/denomination combination but I checked it over and over and I am entering the right leters and numbers and I am sure its a $5 bill so hmmm any suggestions??
have you got the right year of issue?…we have 1986 and 2002 for years issued in $5 dollar bills…..could be the wrong year…..

I just checked and that was my bill you were trying to enter!! I found it a little difficult at first entering bills before I registered, never knowing whether it went through or not, but got the hang of things pretty quickly.
