I originally signed up @ work last June, but gave my home email (ElaineBill@Shaw.ca). I like the drop downs that show the bills already entered. How can I get this option working on my home computer, where I do most of my entries? I recently switched to Uniserve & have tried to verify my email about 5 times, but get no response or code. How can I rectify this problem? I keep trying to verify, log out & on again, but still only get to enter 5 bills. I did find that by using the back arrow, I can enter more, but since yesterday, I still get the message that I've reached my entry limit. Also, I've been limited to 25 bills & often have more to enter, having to do it over several days. How do I get my entry limit increased?
I have lots of bills to enter also, but I just keep waiting for my limit to go up.
If you enter your limit every day, your limit will soon go up..
mitraya have you updated your email address on your user profile? If not, put your new address in and ask for another verification code. If you have, maybe your email program or service provider is blocking the verification email, you may have to change some settings or allow email from the cdn-money.com domain.
I use Internet Explorer at work (where I enter most of my bills) and like the list of bills that drops down as well. You will have to change your internet settings on your home computer. Go to Tools-Internet Options. Click on the Content tab and then on the Auto Complete button. Make sure the box is checked by Forms.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for the advice. I've updated my profile & I'll try the other tools things when I get home tonight. We'll see if this solves my problems. I also notice that the page now comes up in a large format. Any ideas on how to change that feature back to a smaller one? I've tried the sizing buttons to no avail.
if you have a wheel on your mouse, try holding down the ctrl key (on the keyboard) while using the wheel (on the mouse). This resizes your browser. Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks for trying, but apparently not.
You might check your user preferences and change the text size there.
Upper left hand corner there are 4 "A"s click on one to change the size of text. should work!
I had similar probs. and dr advised me to set the default in the profile to around 10 or 12 and like the others said the top left hand corner of the pg. with 4A's just click one, other than that I don't know what else to recommend.
Hey, thanks, that seems to have worked this time, but it didn't when I tried it before.
