Favourite Bills ?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could add bills into my favourites. It is probably something very simple but can't seem to see it. Thanks

After my post I just found it.. I guess I should read the smaller writing :)

I've never had a fovorite bill. Whats up with that?
