got a bill

i got this bill ,so how do i check it?is it like entering a new bill or is that for new bills not yet in the system.

I see you have a username, so you just login, click on the 'add bills' on the top left of this screen, and enter the information there. We try to enter some kind of comments, just because it makes things more interesting…
