I'm new here. Haven't entered any bills yet, but I hope to start real soon. What's the best way to mark the bills? Looking forward to chatting with all of you. Bye for now.

well samson you will have to get yourself a stamp. But until then you can just write the info on the bill. I got a red stamp for the (track this bill) and a black one for (www.cdn-money.com). there are different stamps out there. Idjit has a round one really nice. Good luck samson and mark those bills.
Welcome samson; mark and enter all your bills and believe it or not you will have fun here. Here are Bill Scans of some of the stamps of other users.
Welcome aboard and get marking and tracking and enjoy the site…
Hi samson,
Welcome from Sherwood Park!
A stamp is nice, but if you are just starting out or have just a few bills to enter, writing neatly on the bill with a fine point Sharpie works just as well.
Welcome to CMT samson from Morinville Alberta. You don't have to get a stamp. I have almost 900 bill entered and I have hand written on them all with a fine red marker. I write "Track this bill on line @ www.cdn-money.com" Just make sure you print neatly so as not to deface the bill. So mark em, enter em, spend em and then watch how far they go!!!!!
hello samson and welcome from saskatoon. any way you mark the bills will work. as long as you mark them….good luck and enjoy….. :-)
For now, writing on the bill is good. Once you get addicted like me though, a stamp will save you time. Enjoy the site, and greetings from Regina!
Personally, I like the Sanford Uniball Vision(fine) pens that come in packs of 4. Not only do you get an extra black to go with the Red and Blue, they're also waterproof and fadeproof! Some swear by their 'Sharpies', but you would probably want an extra fine marker, so as not to make a mess of the bills. I alternate between Inkjetting, Handstamping and Handwriting, or use a combination.
Here in Ontario they cost about $7.00 plus taxes and are well worth the investment. You never know when you'll need them and you can carry them anywhere!
Good luck and have fun!!
