need help

Hi,I came across a TRACK THIS BILL but I'm not sure when and where I got it from,so do I just leave it blank when I enter it?

If you can't remember when you got the bill, you can enter the bill as of today's date and then just say that you don't remember where you got it from in the comments section. A "don't remember" is better than no comment at all, in my opinion.
