To enter a bill that is marked, or just a plain bill you want to track, click on User, than add bill. Just type in the serial #, the denom. (value of bill), condition, Postal code, and a comment if you like (usually where you got the bill).

Hope this help. You can track your bills also if you enter them all than write on them..
