Orphans - Unmarked bills

Hey, I've sent a few freebies (orphans) out there cause I din't know what I was doing and forgot to mark them.. I am hoping they will surface when someone decides to give tracking a site.. They should show up as one of my hits..

An orphan is actually a bill that has been stamped or marked and is not entered. So when someone finds it and enters it, there is no parent for it. Or starter person if that makes more sense.

What you have done by not marking a note is create the possobility of a stealth hit.(A hit on a bill that is not marked.)
