Must either be a where's willier, or not mark his bills.
I enter some stealth bills from work regularly.
I have stealth in the comments & none have been hit yet.

I have many stealth bills out there and due to my location get hits on some. Now I must agree with LC this is either a willer or whib or he is not marking his bills with our site. Dedication???… maybe we are just a tag along site with his regular site. Check it out Pooga is he a member of the other side?
