Banknote shortage or just RBC?

Hi all!
Relatively recently I opened an RBC account, as their locations are more convenient for me compared to my existing banks. However, the last couple times I've went, they are consistently out of $5 and $10. I'm guessing it's just RBC, since I've been able to get bundles and bundles of notes out of both TD and BNS. Are they just consistently like this?
I have roughly $6k in my personal accounts at RBC, so it's not like I have practically 0 there. I think their service is just bad.

Just looking to see how others have been with their service.

BANKCOLLECTOR

I buy notes from many banks and a credit union and new fresh note come out of the RBC. Could be that BC has a different bank that acts as a drop off and distribution site. RBC has the distribution for Saskatoon (or they keep lots on hand). I have good luck with the RBC constantly and they are my go to bank for fresh off the press bills.
