faster site better server

well i am proud to say that our leader has used my donation to speed up the site. (yes i am bragging)

received your donation; thank you very much. i used the money to upgrade the server from 1gb of memory to 2gb of memory, which should help the application run faster.

foot note : i carry no title by my name such as site assistant or evangilist heck i don't even have a red maple leaf beside my name as a donator to the site (was a sugestion i made some time ago) but it may be said that i support the site in every way i can. dr. operates this site at no cost to anyone but himself he gives freely of his time and out of pocket costs to run this site. now i am not the only one who donates money to help out from time to time but i am sure a few more of you may think about helping out when you can. dr has never asked me or any member for a single dime to help run the site nor has he ever gone cheap on running the site. if this was a member run and financed site i would think we would all end up paying $40.00 to $50.00 a year to keep it running. we are very lucky to have a programer who donates all his site hours free of charge and to supply server time and hardware costs are something i think we as members should help with. i personally have donated for the last three years and will continue to do so every year i am on the site… so now i urge my fellow members if you have a few spare bucks maybe a donation to the cmt would be in order.
it will go right back into the site that we all enjoy so much. thanks for reading my thread b.c.

I do edit most of my threads due to the feature DR put in the system for me a few years back. Seemed people were upset with my all caps messages. Now the system makes them lower case from my caps. I then go in and put caps on words so the grammer cops do not get on my case. The other times that I edit a thread is when my dry wit is taken wrong and I end up offending other members so before you people form another lynch mob I omit the unlike thread.
As you may well remember I have been taken to task over some of my views so now I try to undo items some find upsetting.
