spring is here

just a reminder to all cmt homeowners to have your yards power raked to remove thatch and aeration at least once every three years. (yearly for you pooga as your grass needs it).

I know I've been tracking for a little while, but I do pay for thing in cash more and I do get a little 'tingle' when I do get a hit….(I've only had 4). But I love to get that email saying I got a 'HIT'. I hope in years to come that the 'tingle' will still be there!
