Coffee Club - May 26

As this meeting is only 10 days from the Provincial, I suggest that it be held at the coffee shop next door to the Broadway Co-op, 6:45 or so.

We can pick Idjit's brain about what we need to bring and go over any other details.

Sounds good to me. Jedi Knight Jerber Loyalplasmas will try to attend.

Hope the "Alarm Cat" works. I thought pulling the tail would would activate the snooze button - boy was I wrong.

Sorry about coffee club though, I will be working….I mean…at my place of employment, as I am the boss this week! Sure is hard work looking after a crew of two!(everyone else is on holidays)

I'll try and make coffee clun this Thu. Daughter leaving for Drumheller in the am so may be able to do this. Also started a new job this week.

Short minutes…

At 6:45, myself, mstiggs, jerbear, BD and Idjit. I left at 7:30. Went over the supply list for the PG. There was disappointment that there were not more Regina and MJ participants. We currently have $75 in the pot that was going to purchase fireworks. Decided that we wouldn't need them if BC, LC and rudyk met face-to-face!

Currently Idjit is bringing:
Burger buns, weiner buns.
Burgers and Hot dogs
Mustard, relish, catsup, barbeque sauce, cheese slices.
Soft drinks
Potato chips
marshmallows

I am bringing some beer. Bocce balls.

Added to the list: Need volunteers to bring:
onions
lettuce
salads??? (If salad, need plates, napkins, forks)

mstiggs suggested that Idjit bring the CMT ATM. (What do you expect from someone who carries 2 cellphones? Now she has true call waiting!)

Pooga I believe it was you who suggested the CMT approved cash machine I only agreed that it would be a good idea. I believe we also agreed that PEACE signs should be on hand in case needed.
