We work through the larger stores first because of visibility. As the brands grow, the little guys have to start carrying it to service and keep their customers.
break any air laws or cross border laws.
For a 6 pack? I think not! If it was 6 pallets, maybe.
one never knows with our government … now in my checked luggage will the six pack burst for any reason other than rough handling?
"…coke for years gave away free samples ..", "they became number one by getting the product on the lips of the public"
Are you saying that coke became #1? I think Pepsi is #1!
Sramic… Doesn't matter if coke is # 1 anymore..
Coke owns majority share of Pepsi.
Coke could abolish Pepsi if they wanted to, but they make more money by having both around.
No matter what!! In a way.. COKE is #1
What Forbes says.
I still think Pepsi is #1! I would like to know how you can find out that Coke is the majority share holder of Pepsi. Could you enlighten me?
It is a little known fact, but if you look at Coke closely. in their investments is Pepsi . If you look close enuff you will notice Coke owns roughly 58 % of Pepsi stock.
Coke doesn't want this to get out, for it's own personal reasons. Don't you think it would look bad.. say for advertising if people knew that coke owned pepsi & all their commercials bash each other?
as for your forbes.. if you bought $5 of coke stock back when it came out you would be a multimillionaire several times over.
It would take $1500 of pepsi stock to do the same.
Coke has done more splits than pepsi by that many more times.
Over the years who do you think has made more money?
Why do you think Coke bought stock of Pepsi's?
Pepsi as a company ruled by Coke bought Frito Lay's to increase it's profits to measure up to Coke.
LORD COMEDY …
Sramic asked the coke question not me. I only used it as a example of what GW could do to grow market share.
Yes BC.. & I was responding to Sramic's comment..
BC you seriously need to learn to read.
Actually Pooga, I've noticed a lot more people here in Regina drinking GW products now than when I became of legal drinking age in 1998. Not many places sold it back then, but now practically every bar I go to sells their more popular brands. Just a mere observation on my part. And although I was one of those guys in the pic from the last Regina meet drinking that Alberta beer, there are GW products I do enjoy.

I think this forum has gone way off topic from the original post.
I never renamed the post to reply to BC.. i just wanted to reply to the post that had that.
Interestingly enuff though this post & past posts you have thought i was talking to you … I have figured you still haven't learnt something most of us learn in grade 2
How to read.
It's ok though BC.. I haven't had respect for you reading abilities for quite some time now.
I still think Pepsi is #1! I would like to know how you can find out that Coke is the majority share holder of Pepsi. Could you enlighten me?
DID YOU EVER GET A REPLY TO YOUR ABOVE QUESTION?
BC. yes,IF you read my posts, I did say to Sramic, .. Look closely at Where Coke invests their money. You will see Coke owns alot of stock of Pepsi…
No where will it say 58% which is an old figure, ( when I was in highschool ) to figure out that you will need to do alot of math. From knowing how MAJORITY works all you need is 50% +1 to own a majority share. I highly doubt Coke would relinkquish a Majority share in any company it owns, whether people know about it or not.
Not only am I a good reader I am good in math. Which is why I do know how to calculate the score. without looking at the score chart. When I posted how to do this last time DR changed it. So I will not post it again. As long as everyone's score is calculated the same way. It really doesn't matter what the calculation is. It is all proportionate to hits & entries.
