dr was wondering where one goes horseback riding around Saskatoon. Not being familiar with the activity, I'm asking any Saskatoon users who have some knowledge to speak up here.

i will help to answer to your question but with that questioned asked are we to assume that DR will actually be making it to Saskatoon this summer? IF SO WHEN MIGHT HE BE IN SASKATOON? Now Willow Widge Stables on Lorne Ave. may offer that service or there is another horse ranch on 11th. street down from lakeshore garden center on the same side of the road that may offer riding. those are the only two i can think of at this time.

He is still looking at the August long weekend.

I took some riding lessons, almost 20 years ago, at Sandhills Stables, about 15 kms south on Lorne Ave. It is still there.

failing that… just direct him to any intersection crossing circle drive – i know the sensation of driving those is reminiscent of riding a horse… :)
