Is there any place on the website that tells anonymous users that if they enter their own bills that way, they cannot track them? Every so often someone will enter some bills (not hits for other users) anonymously. Obviously they are interested in participating but have gotten off on the wrong foot.
It tells them that b4 they enter the 1st bill.
go to the log in page.. scroll to the bottom & try entering a bill anonymously..
it tells you the bennefits of registering.

I wonder how many hits there have been on bills initally entered by anonymous users.
If I am reading the profile page correctly, there have been over 4,600 bills entered anonymously - not counting the hits that have been entered that way. Can that be right? If it is, obviously the message is not getting through.
It seems that there is no record of how many hits there are on bills that are entered anonymously, although I see one or two go through every so often on the hits today page.
Could it also be that some of those bills were entered incorrectly by the user who entered it initially?
