Date of Last Activity error in Favorites?

I was browsing through the favorites when I noticed that the Date of Last Activity seems to correspond to the date which the bill was first entered, rather then the Date the bill was last hit. Obviously this would be expected with bills that have not been hit, but I would think that with bills that have been hit, the Date of Last Activity would be the last hit date. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Maybe a problem that has been already decided as not feasably correctable?
