ERRR Hit That didnt count for me!

While the server was down I was saving all the serials on wordpad. Yesterday I was at Dell drugstore in burlington and spent 2 bills there on hair dye. Now that the site is up I was entering my bills and one of them produced a hit! I looked at the hit and sure enought it was the same 2 bills that I spent 14 hours ago at a burlington drugstore and the clerks name is maureen! DR is there any way i can get the credit for that hit. Umm, I will look at it when I get back however, most probably you are out of luck. Otherwise, I would have to credit all the people that write down serial numbers and enter them later. However, I may make an exception since the server was down, so long as there are only a few of these cases. If there are too many they will just have to stay as is.

Yah also if possible could you up my limit to umlimited. I have been asking for a while and u said in a week. If your too busy you can just wait untill you get home. Its just that i dont want this to happen again. thanks,
