Found one of his bills today, though I probably marked the condition incorrectly. They deemed it fair, as it was ever so slightly taped up, while I reported as better than this, mainly because the bill had no other deformities. In any case, its the first time I have seen a bill with the URL on it.
One little correction his bill is really her bill!! Anyways, thanks and hope to find one of your bills someday soon. And I was starting to think no one was noticing my tiny stamp. (starting writing on some again)
