my last day that i entered bill and in the list of my bills entered, it dose not show any updates since 2006!! i just noticed that cause i have only been putting in bills i find marked.

You have the answer right there.
Because marked notes do not count against your daily allowable entry limit, they do not count as new, unique entries either. So the last unmarked note you entered was an March 3, 2006. Check your 'hits entered' and your most recent entries are posted.
Enter one new note every few days, and your posted score will be back up into the positive regions. It will come up to 0 the first day, and then increase at a maximum of 25 points per day until it reaches you current score.
